All I could think of, breath, hear, feel, was Nyfain saying “Finley” in the last sex scene.
I was seriously in book hangover when it ended. The last sex scene was just so…… emotional. You cant help but cheer for these two and be absolutely enthralled with every chapter. So many other series try for that connection and fail miserably. Even the banter between these two is so amazing I seriously live for it.
Even if they weren’t their firsts, they experienced this together and it was naughty and beautiful and emotional. *SMALL SPOILER* The part where they have their “date” and Finley was “blindfolded”, was *chef kiss*. This is my favorite series I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. The way the story unfolds and the way Finley and Nyfain evolve throughout the story is just so beautifully done. Which I for one love because we deviants need that too! ANYWAYS! KFB is an absolute genius in this series. Yes, people have different views on sex and this isn’t your typical missionary position going to pound town type. I think it’s unfair to potential listeners as well as the author if you went into the story knowing this, bought it anyways, then decide that “OMG there is SEX in this book! And the SEX is… is…. So if you don’t want to read/listen to something like this, then DO NOT BUY THE BOOK. But in between the sex, there is a devastating story that leaves you breathless. The main characters talk extremely dirty to each other and have very very deliciously dirty sex that’s not conventional in any way. This is about two very broken people who are stuck in a very horrible environment. I cannot wait to see what happens next!!!!ĭelicious sexy captivating emotional heartbreakįirst, to everyone that complained about the sex in this book, many reviewers had warned you this wasn’t your typical vanilla romance trope. Finley 2 is just icing on a decadent cake of awesome. I love Finley, she is hands down the most competent person this author has created yet.
It is helped a great deal by Finley 2's hilarious dismissal of everything that isn't her going to bang bang town. But the brooding, i'm not good enough for you thing gets kind of old after a bit. I mean anyone who goes through what he has for nearly twenty years would probably be a little bit surly. I would have given this book a five star all around, but i didn't really like the male lead all that much. anywho be warned this boook is not for the pearl clutchers. i could see some people complaining.Lmao, damn i wish i could use some of Finley's more interesting insults for those people. I enjoyed the hell out of it, but people are weird about this kind of thing and this series is definitely far more explicit with the sexual content than K.F. Lol i would say that this book and this series lends itself more to the genre of erotica then fantasy romance.
